Midnight Run best scenes

In 2006, I posted a YouTube video of what I thought were the best scenes from my favourite movie of all time, Midnight Run.

The movie stars Robert Di Niro and Charles Grodin, but also features many other well-known actors including Yaphet Kotto, Dennis Farina and Joe Pantoliano.

I seem to have made the great mistake of using a techno music backing track, which offended the majority of fans of the movie, given that the original soundtrack was sort of laid-back rock slide guitar.

To my great surprise, YouTube didn't take the clip down, and to date, it has garnered 245,000 views.

Given that it is now 17 years later, I decided to recreate the exact same clip, without the techno soundtrack, but using more up-to-date technology.

I think that originally I created the clip with Sony Vegas on a Sony Windows laptop. 

Now I redid it using my Midnight Run DVD on my Mac Studio, capturing the video on an Elgato video capture dongle, via a Lenoxx DVD player and rendered using Final Cut Pro X.

I then ran the MP4 clip through Topaz Video AI to improve the quality.
